Mobile Provider Buy In and Onboarding

Dish Mobile was rolling out an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) plan that is simple and based on phone leasing. Their goal is to deliver an affordable, transparently priced service without unnecessary extras, specifically designed to appeal to the single urban dwellers aged 25 to 35

Discovery sessions with the client resulted in the following list of requirements: 

 

  • Onboarding should be very straightforward.

  • No outside devices allowed

  • Devices are leased, not sold

  • Simple plan structure

  • Transparent pricing, no hidden fees

  • Don't be too serious

The UI design exhibits a modern, user-centric interface with the company's red and grey color scheme. It features a minimalist aesthetic with clear, readable fonts and straightforward navigation elements, facilitating a seamless user experience. The use of icons and graphics adds to the intuitive layout. The cartoon adds playful note into the app's modern interface.
